With a team of more than 100 people across Hamburg and Kiel , as well as our own 11,500 m² logistics center in Lensahn, we are building a global fashion and comfort brand.

Your mission Create static advertising creatives (image ads) for social media and performance marketing channels (Meta, Google, Native Advertising) Develop scroll-stopping creatives with a clear focus on driving conversions Design and produce creatives primarily in Figma (Canva is also an option) Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing, Creative Strategy, and UGC teams Work iteratively by testing, optimizing, and continuously improving creatives Adapt layouts, color schemes, typography, and visual assets in line with our brand guidelines Prepare creatives for various formats and placements (1:1, 16:9, 9:16) Your profile You have experience as a Graphic Designer, Media Designer, or Creative Designer You can work quickly and in a structured way, and are comfortable with a high output pace You are confident working with Figma (Canva is also acceptable) You have a strong sense for clean design, visual hierarchy, and clear messaging You are open to feedback and think pragmatically rather than perfectionistically Experience in e-commerce, social media, or advertising is a plus, but not a requirement You work on-site in Hamburg or Kiel (office-first) Why us?
