8‑month fixed‑term contract in Berlin newsroom to provide parental leave cover, covering German politics in English for an international audience.
Responsibilities
• Pitch, report and write daily news stories, analyses and occasional feature pieces for POLITICO.
• Cover the internal politics of Germany, framing stories for an engaged international readership.
• Collaborate with reporters in Brussels, London, Paris and the U.S. to deliver broader European political stories.

Qualifications
