You are part of the System Engineering Team in the Process Control Solutions division of Carl Zeiss SMT GmbH and work in an interdisciplinary team of system engineers and product developers in system design and the development of wafer tools for automated inspection and metrology of semiconductor wafers.

For the portfolio of various inspection and metrology tools, you ensure that the different products achieve maximum commonality in terms of standard modules in both hardware and software and are optimized from an economic perspective.

Creation of target‑group‑oriented and comprehensible internal and external technical documentation, taking into account all specific requirements as well as all applicable guidelines and standards – including in English.

Ensuring the implementation of documentation guidelines and contributing to the systematic improvement and further development of the internal documentation system. Structuring and standardizing documentation as well as carrying out quality assurance measures.

Your Profile You have a completed university degree in technical documentation/editing or a technician qualification with relevant experience in the field of documentation.

You have at least 3 years of experience in technical documentation as well as an understanding of complex machines – ideally related to service for industrial customers in the semiconductor industry. You possess excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written, as well as an analytical mindset and strong conceptual abilities.

Ideally, you have service experience with automated systems (electron or ion beam systems).
